Congratulations to Southeast Tech CrossFit for taking first place in the 1st annual CrossFit Throwdown on February 15, 2017.  Noah O’Connor placed first and teamed up with Matthew Clarke and Marco Guzman to bring home the 1st place team award.  Sebastian Campbell, Marco Guzman, and Stephen Nuguid won the relay with a time of 59.22(…)
