All Testing Information

1st Semester Exams

  • 1st Semester Exams will start on Friday, January 13, 2017 for at least one class.  This day is a full day of school with an adjusted schedule.
  • Monday, January 16th is a holiday, so the 2nd day for exams is Tuesday, January 17, 2017, which is also a full day of school with an adjusted schedule.
  • Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, January 18-20, 2017 will be half days of schools to finish the 1st Semester Exam schedule.  On half days, school is out at 10:40 am and buses depart at 10:46 am.  There are no late buses on these three days.  If by chance you miss an exam, call the school immediately to make arrangements for a make-up time.

Juniors

All Juniors during the 2016-2017 school year will be given the ACT test on xxx. This test will be paid for by the State.  No registration is required and you will be taking the test here at Southeast Tech. ACT test make-ups will be held on xxx.

Seniors

If you haven’t taken your ACT or SAT test and you are planning on going to college,

  • register online as soon as possible at either actstudent.org or collegeboard.org
  • There is a fee for taking these tests (see tables below)
  • SECTA School Code: 290-101
  • Students on Free and Reduced Lunch can pick-up a fee waiver from xxx in the Counseling Office.
