CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Students must pay a $15.00 fee, which includes a t-shirt.

CrossFit Joint Effort at Southeast Tech is designed to serve an unmet need for our students, and staff by providing a fitness program for every ability level.~ Coach Bryant combines his knowledge of health, nutrition, hydration, and goal-setting with the innovative CrossFit program to provide a high quality experience for members to achieve their health and fitness goals, meet new friends, and have fun.
Noah O’Connor placed first and teamed up with Matthew Clarke and Marco Guzman to bring home the 1st place team award.
Sebastian Campbell, Marco Guzman, and Stephen Nuguid won the relay with a time of 59.22 seconds.
All of the CrossFit club members contributed in a big, big, way.
